- ben neit Added February 24, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I hired Robbie and the team at Modern Touch Bathrooms, to completely gut and redo my bathroom and toilet. The end result is beautiful, however their project management needs work and after sales contact isn't very good. I feel like they were very happy to take my money and are now not speaking with me. They told me that they would provide a report for insurance purposes, which I am still waiting for. My bathroom was finished in February and now it's September and I am still waiting. The people they hired to do the tiling, put the tiles on the wrong way and if I hadn't popped in to check the progress then, they wouldn't have been able to correct them. Like I said it is a beautiful job in the end, however the sub-contractors didn't know what they were not aware of what the plan for the bathroom was and I'm not overly impressed by the lack of contact now that they have my money.
